The Iraqi Al Hub Wa Al Salam Organization, in collaboration with their partners from Al-Musalla Organization, conducted a series of field awareness campaigns as part of the project "Environmental Improvement in Anbar: Challenges, Implementation, and Sustainability." This project, funded by the European Union, aims to raise awareness about the importance of preserving and protecting the environment in the Anbar region, especially in the face of global climate challenges.
These campaigns focused on educating citizens in residential neighborhoods in Fallujah and Al-Qaim about proper waste disposal methods and the significance of environmental protection. Detailed information was provided about the impact of pollution and waste on the environment and public health. The importance of maintaining the cleanliness of the surrounding environment and working towards its enhancement was also emphasized.
These campaigns provide an opportunity for direct interaction with the community and practical knowledge transfer. Citizens can ask questions, raise inquiries, and engage in discussions about how to contribute to environmental preservation and improvement.
