Through organizing intensive dialogue sessions, Al-Hub Wa Al-Salam Organization, with effective support from the UN Women and generous funding from the Women’s Fund for Peace and Humanitarian Fund, aims to empower women in economic development. These sessions focus on the exchange of cultures and opinions, providing a means to reach the government and achieving joint cooperation to find legal or civil solutions that enhance women's rights.
Through facilitators of sessions targeting women in the city of Fallujah, the reasons for the lack of economic development were identified. Additionally, support was provided to help women remain in the labor market after being affected by conflicts and crises in the region, understanding the difficulties they face through a review of official departments.
