Al Hub Wa Al Salam, in collaboration with Al-Nawaeer, has aligned with its vision of
empowering local communities and enhancing individuals' livelihoods by implementing
a comprehensive project aimed at training and equipping female farmers in Anbar Province.
This project was executed in close partnership with Al-Nawaeer, leveraging their expertise in
agricultural project development. The project encompassed specialized training courses
for female farmers in areas such as sustainable agricultural techniques, crop management,
and irrigation practices. Essential construction materials, including farming tools and irrigation
equipment, were distributed, along with the provision of high-quality seeds for cultivation.
The procurement of these materials was facilitated through a voucher-based system, making the
process of acquiring necessary resources for agricultural endeavors more accessible. This initiative
significantly contributed to improving the income of female farmers and enhancing their positive role in local community development.
